Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Certain items such as sale items or final clearance products are non-returnable.

How to Return

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us in our contact forum. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
